Shipping Policy

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received.
For custom teamwear and personalized products, production time is typically 2–4 weeks depending on the order size and complexity.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping rates & delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Poland: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 2–5 business days

  • International (outside EU): 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and local conditions.


Free shipping

We offer free shipping for:

  • orders of 17 sets or more, or

  • orders above €1000

(automatically applied where eligible)


Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


Customs, duties & taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a shipment is returned due to a failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.


Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@exize.eu within 5 days of delivery.
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
