Refund policy
At EXIZE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, here is how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns (30 days)
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

the item must be unused, unworn,

with original tags,
-
and in its original packaging,

with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. European Union – 14 day right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.

3. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

custom-made or personalized products
-
made-to-order teamwear or products with custom prints
-
sale items
-
gift cards
These items are considered individualised goods and are excluded from withdrawal rights under EU law.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product:

return your item,

place a new order separately.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order upon delivery.
If your item is:

damaged
-
defective
-
or incorrect
contact us immediately at info@exize.eu with photos and order details.
We will fix it quickly.
6. Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

the item is defective

or we made a mistake with your order
We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

we will notify you about approval

refunds are issued to your original payment method

within 10 business days
Banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.

8. Legal warranty / complaints
As a consumer, you are protected under EU and Polish law regarding product defects.
If you believe a product is faulty, contact us at info@exize.eu and we will process your claim within 14 days.
